Not by the hair on my pot-bellied chin!

Zero Untitled is continuing to branch out into new territory – the Japanese style of storytelling and theatre called kamishibai. “Kamishibai” translates to “paper theatre”, a genre in which cards displaying images help convey a story.

The first kamishibai will be “Ba Pot-Bellied Pigs” a take on the classic “Three Little Pigs” story, with a Vietnamese setting. The first performance will occur in March 10, time is TBD, at the Texas State Museum of Asian Cultures. Flyer designed by Juan Villarreal.

Wine-y PrePunch Show

Premature Punchline’s three hour long epic of a show at The Novel Blend Bookstore during the city Wine Walk event was a sip of success! The show was performed on Saturday, February 25, from 6:00 until the event ended at 9:00. Featured comedians and comediennes were veterans Daniel Rodriguez, Michael Verderber, Katherine Orozco-Verderber, and Diego Trevino; and introducing newbies Sally Guzman, Heather Martinez, Ray Martinez, and Bailey Goodrich.

Coming to The Novel Blend Bookstore as part of Kingsville’s Wine Walk event, live improv comedy from Premature Punchline!

The event goes from 5-9 and PrePunch will perform starting at 6:00, every 15 minutes, until the end of the event! See you February 24th!!
