Well, in response to our slow 2008, the year of 2009 proved to be our most ambitious and busy year yet!Our previous goal or meeting/beating 2006 was reached; we did ten shows that year, so 2009 was a record breaking year! In 2009, we brought you ELEVEN productions:

ZUF Film Festival (13 films and 5 music videos from around the nation)

Over White Wine (premiered at the ZUF Festival)

13º – The Political Climate of Freemasonry: A Happening (our first politically motivated Happening)

Surprise Flash Bang! (One of three fire breathing showcases)

Random Thoughts and Unfinished Songs (a one man standup comedy variety show starring Barry Berryhill)

Safety Critters (Our first venture into children’s theatre)

Women Scorned (“The Dead Wife”, “Libretto”, and “Hemlock”)

Our Gift From Prometheus (Another fire breathing showcase)

Epitaph By Moonlight (a short play for Day of the Dead)

Prometheus [redux] (the final fire breathing Happening)

Twas the FLOP Before Christmas (our first Christmas play)

Zero Untitled wants to thank you for your support for our cause and the arts. To follow suit with last year’s “shows we’d like to see” and “Yeah, someday” lists, here it is:

Heart and Stole – This is an old film script that Gabriel Ruiz decided to adapt to the stage. Possible early spring.

A Happening – Sorry, I can’t say too much about these. If I did, then they wouldn’t be Happenings.

Medea: Cerberus – Verderber’s adaptation of the classic Greek tragedy; this time, there are three Medeas.

DJ Oringe music video – We’d like to work on another music video and we have some ideas already in mind.

Yeah, Someday List:

The Rape of Lucrece (this piece has always been on this list because of the sheer magnitude of the work; Verderber has been spending more time on it this December)

Still Standing Still (Verderber’s novella that has been slowly worked on for 5 years now; he’s thinking of finishing it off soon and create some sort of performance for it)

Broken Audio: Radio Shows (radio adaptations to a few short stories)

Our goal for 2010 is to keep producing great shows. We can’t promise to top 11 shows, but we’ll aim for at least 4. Expect more fire-breathing, original works and nontraditional stagings; all the things that Zero Untitled specialize in. 2010, here comes Zero Untitled.
