Coming to The Novel Blend Bookstore as part of Kingsville’s Wine Walk event, live improv comedy from Premature Punchline!

The event goes from 5-9 and PrePunch will perform starting at 6:00, every 15 minutes, until the end of the event! See you February 24th!!

We will be reviving our sold-out 2023 production of “Death In The Aisles” with a brand new cast and crew in an auspicious return to The Novel Blend. Some old favorites and some new suspects will be in the mix, guaranteeing a different killer show each night!

Show dates are March 2nd, 9th, and 16th. Tickets are available for purchase only through The Novel Blend book store in Kingsville.

And that is a wrap for staged productions for 2023! With the one-day showing of our 2023 Textual Overture, at The Flower Box on Dec. 21, we are all turning in for a long winter’s nap. The performance featured two new plays: “A Perfect Gift” and “Chanel’s Christmas”, along with our usual bevy of poetry and improv comedy from the folks at Premature Punchline.

Our variety act and open mic series, Textual Overture will be back in action on December 21st! This year will feature short Christmas plays, lots of comedic improv, a dash of holiday music, and open mic so YOU can get in on the action!

The one-day event will be on December 21st at 7:00 at The Flower Box in Kingsville. This will be a free event, so bring your creative endeavors!

The official flyer for our forthcoming Dark Tour THE ELDRITCH SEVEN written by Katherine Orozco-Verderber was designed by Diego Trevino. The audience will play the role of volunteers at the Innsmouth Institute, where they will meet and interact with the inmates, armed with only flashlights in a completely blacked out performance space. Zero Untitled officially has a team for the Bristol 48h Puppet Film Challenge 2023 by the Puppet Place, located in the UK. The 48 hour challenge begins at 7 pm UK time (that’s 1 pm for us) and ends on Sunday 7pm.

Look for updates as we do preproduction now and film this weekend! If you follow the YouTube link above, our film starts at the 21:48 mark!

UPDATE: Film has been completed and was submitted on Day 2. A longer Director’s Cut will be released after the festival, as the festival requires a max time of 3:30 only.

UPDATE: The film has been ACCEPTED and will be screened in September 23 at Screening 2, at 14:00 BST (8:00 AM US Central time)!!

Our 13th and latest Dark Tour will be influenced heavily by the writing and themes of H.P. Lovecraft. The original script “The Eldritch Seven” by Katherine Orozco-Verderber sends the ZU crew back into our traditional themes of insanity and supernatural occurrences.

The audiences will get to delve into these Eldritch horrors starting on October 19, 20, 25, and 26 at the Texas State Museum of Asian Cultures.
